Pale, straw-yellow colour. First thing I noticed on the nose is some toasty oak. Let it sit for a while you smell hints of white flowers and earthy minerals. Tastes a bit flinty and the toasty oak is quite present. It has a creamy grapefruit taste with a crisp finish. A solid wine.
