Review: Flametree Wines – Margaret River Chardonnay (2010)

Golden yellow in colour. Subtle hints of French vanilla oak mixed with pears and a light touch of tropical fruits on the nose. Doesn't overwhelm your senses and takes a bit of time to "sniff-out" the subtle flavours. On the palate it has a polished body, buttery smooth, a touch of minerals balanced with grapefruit and acidic zest. A wine of great value!
