USA vs EU  Who has the better Pale Ale?

A Pale Ale is traditionally lighter in colour and can range from golden yellow to a copper colour. American versions tend to be cleaner and hoppier and is defined by using American hops. A Belgium one tends to be less bitter, have aged hops for a delicate hop finish, and can taste a bit yeastier in addition to boasting sweetish to toasty malt overtones.

Aim:

Taste a Pale Ale from each style (American and Belgian styled Pale Ales in this case) and see which one you like better. Try and describe the differences of each style and explain why you prefer one over the other. If you don’t have a preference just describe the characteristics you like from each style and what you didn’t like.
