Review: Cape Mentelle – Shiraz (2012)

Shiraz from Cape Mentelle

The Wine Review:

Not much to the nose: subtle hints of fruit with a bit of bite. Taste is smooth, easy to drink, with a bit of tannins; but short on the palate. Opened too young I think — needs some room to grow and for the palate to open up.
