Review: Querciabella – Chianti Classico DOCG (2012)

Chianti Classico DOCG from Querciabella

The Wine Review:

Quite a pleasant surprise. Medium red in colour. Nose is not strong and doesn’t really indicate how it will taste. Tasting it was a big wow for me. Just has many layers and you feel like you’re climbing multiple steps. Different flavours reveal themselves as you drink the wine. First light approachable sweetness, then multiple layers for varying red-fruit flavours. Quite a rewarding wine!
