Review: 50 Degrees Riesling Trocken (2015)

Riesling Trocken from 50 Degrees Riesling

The Wine Review:

Continuing my foray into rieslings, cracking open a fairly cheap German that is listed on the lable on the ‘dry’ side.

A:Floral with those usual riesling kerosene notes

T:Lemon/lime rind with a balanced sweetness. Finishes with mouth watering acidity

I feel this is better balanced than Aussie Rieslings I’ve tasted (not my preference). It is a bit sweeter offsetting the lemon rind bitterness that I get
I’m not kidding about the mouth watering part of it. Be prepared for a mouthful of saliva
