This wine is called “The 25th” and celebrates 25-years of Pinot Noir winemaking at Bass Phillips. It is a blend of Bass Phillip’s four estate vineyards. It has subtle oak, cherry fruits, and hints of leather forming the aromatics. On the palate it has a rich style, sweetness balanced with acidity. It ends with firm tannins and grapefruit-like tang that refreshes your mouth for more. What a way to celebrate 25-years!
