Review: Evans & Tate – Metricup Road Cabernet Merlot (2012)

Metricup Road Cabernet Merlot from Evans & Tate

The Wine Review:

Packaged with Devil’s Lair Hidden Cave Cabernet Shiraz 2012
on a Dan Murphy’s August Special (2 for $32)

A: Cassis, slight tanginess to the aroma. Acetone merges into cedar.
T: Black berry, chocolate undertone coffee on the mid. Smooth and decadent but still medium bodied

The trail of chocolate that slowly rolls down the side of a sundae glass.

Part of our Dan Murphy’s Members Special round up for August
