Review: Holm Oak – The Wizard (2013)

The Wizard from Holm Oak

The Wine Review:

The Wizard! I’d buy this just on the name itself such is my weakness for whimsy

A: Strawberry veering to cherry toasted oak and some acetone

T: Cherry medium acidity moves to savoury and wet earth on the mid. Medium high acid. *incidentally I get a tomato soup vibe off of this (Does that sound weird?!) Rich and silky

A confident grandiose entrance, like unfurling a lengthy silk banner announcing the latest showstopper
