Review: Yalumba – The Persuader Shiraz (2013)

The Persuader Shiraz from Yalumba

The Wine Review:

2 for 1 deal at Dan Murphy’s this month (ends up being $9.95 a bottle). Yes that’s his brother backing him up
A: Powerful dark fruit perfume. A little tangy and jammy on spicy oak
T: Very similar on the taste with powerful fruit, slight tang on the mid, pulled back to a spicy savoury finish

Not subtle or complex but still has layers of flavour. Pulled off necktie, ruffled business shirt and a slice of BBQ chicken pizza
